• Club and federation membership data
• Sporting and administrative data necessary for participation in activities, training sessions, camps, and competitions

3. Purpose of processing

Personal data is processed exclusively for the following purposes:

• Membership and participant administration
• Registration for training sessions, camps, competitions, and activities
• Insurance coverage via Tennis & Padel Vlaanderen
• Communication related to training schedules, events, and academy operations
• Compliance with legal, insurance, and federation obligations

4. Data sharing with third parties

For federation membership, competition participation, and insurance purposes, personal data is shared with Tennis & Padel Vlaanderen vzw, which acts as an independent data controller and processes personal data in accordance with its own GDPR-compliant privacy policy.

Personal data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Data retention

Personal data is retained no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required by law, insurance regulations, or federation rules.
