MEET THE FOUNDERS

Panos Giaxis is the Founder and Head of Performance of Alpha Sports Academy. With international coaching experience across Greece, Romania, Switzerland and Belgium, he leads the academy vision, player development, coach education and quality standards.

His work focuses on long-term player growth through clear technical priorities, tactical understanding, physical preparation and strong training habits.

Michaela Boev is the Co-founder and Performance Coach of Alpha Sports Academy. A former professional player and Belgian top player, she brings high-level playing experience into the academy environment.

Her role focuses on player development, technical quality, competition habits and helping players understand the standards required to train and compete seriously.
